2. Description of Service ResumAI Pro provides tools to assist users in creating professional resumes, cover letters, and other job application materials by leveraging AI to tailor content to job descriptions. We offer both free and premium (subscription-based) features.

4. Subscription and Payment ResumAI Pro offers a freemium model, with certain features available for free and others requiring a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees as indicated at the time of subscription. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe, and are subject to their terms and conditions.

5. User Content By submitting any content (such as resumes or cover letters) to ResumAI Pro, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the service. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

6. Acceptable Use You agree to use ResumAI Pro solely for lawful purposes. You shall not misuse the service, engage in any conduct that could damage the platform, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the system.

7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ResumAI Pro at our discretion, particularly if you breach these Terms of Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.

8. Limitation of Liability ResumAI Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages.
